The second meeting of the research council of the development center was held with the presence of the research director of the university, Dr. Ghafourian, the director of the development center, Dr. Nargesi, and members of the research council of the health technology development center of Ilam University of Medical Sciences.

In this meeting, the necessity of 3 technological research projects and the financial reforms of 5 technological projects were discussed. Also, the request to establish a technology unit in the university's technology development center was approved.

Dr. Shahin Nargesi added: due to the lack of internal regulations on intellectual property, this policy was prepared in cooperation with the Intellectual Property Office of the development Center, and its necessity was approved in the meeting.

At the end of this meeting, the members discussed and exchanged opinions about the rental rate for the units located in the health technology growth center.
